Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Vidable (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Vidable produces videos from content you provide (scripts, voiceovers, links, instructions) using AI planning, footage sourcing, and automated editing. Production output depends on your inputs and on third-party media availability; results are provided "as is" and may vary. Features marked as preview or beta may change or be withdrawn at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Your content and your responsibilities

• You retain ownership of the content you upload.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload (voiceovers, scripts, images) and that your use of the Service does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
• The Service can assemble footage from stock libraries, Creative Commons / public-domain sources, and the open web according to the sourcing options you select. You are responsible for reviewing every produced video and for how you use and publish it, including compliance with the licenses of sourced media and the policies of the platforms you publish to (e.g. YouTube).
• You may not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive (including impersonation), infringing, or harmful.

5. Output ownership

As between you and Vidable, you own the videos the Service produces for you, subject to the licenses of any third-party media contained in them. We may retain copies as part of your account history and to operate and debug the Service.

6. Credits, pricing, and fair use

Production consumes compute and third-party services. Where pricing or credits apply, they will be shown before you confirm a production. We may apply fair-use limits (such as concurrent production caps) to keep the Service reliable for everyone. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where a production fails entirely due to a fault on our side.

7. Acceptable use

No abuse: do not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe or overload our infrastructure, resell access without permission, or misuse the sourcing system to mass-download third-party media outside of video production.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 4, 5, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; the "Last updated" date above will change and continued use constitutes acceptance.
